Executive Management

At NSYB Capital we utilize our core team of Operating Partners to work with management teams to design and implement their strategic plan. Depending on the needs of the company, these operating partners will serve as board members, CEO mentors, advisors, or interim executives.

CEOs Who Have "Been There" Only a CEO who has built a business from the ground up can truly appreciate the day-to-day and long-term challenges a company faces. There is no substitute for experience.

In order to qualify as an Operating Partner, our executives must have successfully run a business with revenues no less than EUR100 million at some point during their tenure. Most of our Operating Partners also benefit from executive positions at larger firms as well; providing management with the experience necessary to design best practice processes to prepare for the challenges of taking their business to new levels.

Our core group of Operating Partners are supplemented by a network of over 60 CEOs who are available to work with portfolio companies based upon their functional and industry expertise.

Third Party Consultants and Advisors

Companies often require specialized advice and services to address specific tactical and operational issues. We work closely with a select group of firms that can assist with issues such as lean manufacturing, overseas outsourcing, location expansion, personnel development, and other project-oriented tasks.

While we always provide strategic and operating guidance to our portfolio investments, some of our Operating Partners are available for permanent CEO positions. Typically, this occurs in transactions where the CEO is looking to retire from the business. In this case, we augment our core group of Operating Partners with our network of highly qualified CEO candidates to find the right match of experience and skills to lead the company.

As companies grow, they also will be recruiting senior executive positions other than CEOs. Through our strategic relationships executive recruiting firms, we can assist our portfolio companies in their search efforts.

Executive Counseling

Executives in small, fast-growing businesses need help. They jump from one fire to the next and often lack the time or resources to devote to the strategic opportunities which can take their business to the next level. The strategic and operating guidance provided by our Operating Partners can help shoulder the burden for our portfolio company executives.

We have developed relationships with consulting and wealth management firms who work with executives to ensure their goals and aspirations are correlated with the company's strategic plan.
