3. ILEN EXPRESS’ strict safety rule
a. Continual training of safety rule
b. Scientifically data analysis from each vehicle data recorder, encouragement for driving safely and punishment for unsafe drive.

4. Psychosis checkup
ILEN’s Inspectors in charge of safety will communicate with each driver before he goes to duty and only those drivers who are in good state are allowed to drive.

Vehicles maintenance

1. All the vehicles are maintained as per stipulated mileage strictly in ILEN Service Center. It is closely related to the safe operation and extension of the vehicles longevity

1. All the vehicles equipped with GPS Terminal Unit, which can show the position, speed and direction etc with updating per 5 seconds. By this equipment, the computer of the Control Center in head office will display all the vehicles status and the Safety Controller can give each driver direct instruction at real time.

1. Vehicle Data Recorder is equipped on each vehicle to record all the data of the vehicle all the time. It is also help the safety inspector to read the record from computer and know the driver’s performance on road.

Bad road and weather warning

1. If road breaks down or bad weather comes, the control center will give notice to the drivers and guides to care.
2. Special training is given to the drivers for bad road situation and drive skills in atrocious weather.
